The QuickCam came much faster than expected and worked flawlessly right out of the box Actaully, the bag).Thank you.
The Logitech video cam was just as described, it arrived in a timely manner, was in good shape, and works very easily. I have since purchasing the video cam purchased a new iMac with a built in camera, so don't need the logictech, but will keep it for use on the road.
This one fit the bill pretty well.Install went smoothly, no surprises. After my mac book pro's embedded webcam died, I looked for a good webcam for some skype video calling. Overall, I am happy with the product.
Enjoying iChat with family members and video is great even talking w kids who are studying abroad. It was done. This minimac was our first Mac in the house. Worked great out of the box. And not looking back. Had read the reviews and waited for good price to make it happen.
Now we are up to three. Bought this webcam for my 22" monitor for my minimac. Just attached the cables and voila. Couldn't ask for anything easier.
The quality on a MacMini is good and there is only a little bit of lag. It works nicely in iChat and several other video conferencing software packages. I got this for Skype but, it simply does not work with OSX/Skype. I can hear and see someone running the same camera on a Windows machine but the camera does not work in OSX. It is a nice web camera all the same.
